Accessibility to the services of the Website
The Company complies with the requirements of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, known as the Law on Information Technology and Freedom in the processing of the User's personal data.
In particular, the Company undertakes to ensure data security in order to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties and to use it solely for the exclusive purpose of managing unsolicited applications or those related to positions to be filled, of the User and their follow-up.

User's undertakings
The User undertakes and takes all measures to ensure the confidentiality and conservation of their identifiers and not to communicate them to anyone.
The Company or any other entity belonging to the Company Group that uses the Website may not be held responsible for the fraudulent use of the User's identifiers.
Any operation carried out on the Website with the User's identifiers is deemed to have been carried out on behalf of the User and the User shall be liable for such operation.
The Website exclusively aims to facilitate the terms and conditions of recruitment of the Company.
